Today more and more people are trying to cut out White Breads from their Diet. If Whole Wheat Burger Buns are not to your taste then we suggest the following Bun-less Burger method:
Bun-Less Burger Recipe
Prepare all burger toppings like normal; Tomato, cheese, Bacon, etc, etc
BBQ the burgers and when you serve them use Iceland Type Lettuce for the bun.
If you use Leaf Lettuce you will likely need Two pieces of lettuce for the top and two pieces for the bottom bun because the lettuce is not as strong.
If you have few toppings you can get away with using a single leaf, otherwise use a top and bottom leaf and spread your condiments like normal and enjoy a Burger that will make you feel full and Healthy.
